Any kinds of discounted methods are not applicable via webshop (student card, membership card, etc).
- Once the order is paid, it is not possible to edit again. If you need to add something more, please place a new order.
- It is not possbile to cancel the order if your order is already shipped
- Al-Fateh has will send parcels to customers nearest locaker or locations as per post code.
- Al-Fateh does not suggest customers order fresh or frozen products by Posti smart shipping or Posti home delivery. You have to take your own risk if you wish to order it.
- Maximun weight could be sent by posti 25kg
